FiT48 Pilates Studio ("Studio"), located in Eryaman, Ankara, provides women-only reformer pilates services guided by physiotherapists. Members receive weekly sessions for a specified fee.
Information provided by persons participating in our sessions ("Member") must be accurate and up-to-date. Members are obligated to provide honest information about their health status. Medical approval is required before participation if conditions warrant medical guidance.
While our physiotherapist-guided sessions are designed to be safe, all physical activity carries inherent risks. Members accept these risks by participating. All movements must be performed according to physiotherapist instructions.
Membership fees are determined on a monthly or package basis. Payments must be made in advance. Fees may include additional taxes or service charges. Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
Memberships may be canceled by written request. Refunds for unused sessions are issued only if requested within 14 days. All membership rights are forfeited upon cancellation.
Members may withdraw from the contract without stating any reason within 14 days of purchase. This right is lost once sessions have commenced.
Member personal data is protected under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and GDPR. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Respectful and professional behavior is expected within the studio. Threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of service.
FiT48 is not responsible for injuries or damages directly or indirectly arising from participation in sessions. Members participate entirely at their own risk.
These terms may be modified without prior notice. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of new terms.
Disputes arising from this agreement are resolved under Turkish law and the jurisdiction of Ankara courts.
